How To Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase. Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from amount to be refunded.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

Your return may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Please also note, original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. 

Exchanges

If your jewelry item is in like new condition, you may exchange your jewelry item for a different size or color. In cases such as these, you will not be subject to a restocking, and any difference in shipping costs is expected to be covered by the customer.
